Privacy Policy

Cebimde ("the app") is a digital vault designed to keep your personal documents and assets safely on your device. We care about your privacy. This policy explains what data is processed.
1. Where is your data stored?
All information you enter (documents, assets, vehicles, homes, contacts, reminders, files/photos you attach) is stored only on your device, in the app's protected area. This data is not sent to our servers or any third party. No account is required; the app does not ask you to sign in.
2. Permissions
- Camera / Photos: Used only to access the content you choose when you add a document/asset image.
- Face ID / biometrics: Used only on your device to unlock the app; biometric data never leaves the app.
- Notifications: Local reminders for records that are about to expire; no server is used.
3. Ads (Google AdMob)
The free version shows Google AdMob ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (e.g. IDFA / Advertising ID) and limited usage/diagnostic data to serve and measure ads. On iOS your device asks for consent via App Tracking Transparency; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown. Ads are removed entirely when Premium is purchased.
4. Purchases
Premium purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see your payment details; the relevant store's privacy terms apply.
5. Deleting data
All your records are under your control; you can delete each record from within the app. When you uninstall the app, all app data on the device is deleted. As there is no account, separate "account deletion" is not required.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children (4+).
7. Changes
This policy may be updated; significant changes are announced through the app or this page.
